Starting from customer’s technical drawing, we manufacture in medium and large series.

The different parts machining stages for the robotics sector

We work according to the requirements of large contractors and proceed to the prototype, initial samples, PPAP phases then launch into series production and transmission of control reports.

Our control process includes a validation phase at the start of series, automatized control in production then final control before shipment (editing and transmission of a control report).

Our in-house manufacturing process: sawing, turning, milling, cutting, induction hardening, grinding, lapping allows us to guarantee parts with very high added value (location, position, parallelism, precise surface finish, etc.)

We machine all types of metals and have a perfect knowledge of foundry parts – FGL or FGS cast iron – or forge parts, but also all types of supplies such as bars or tubes.

The diversity and versatility of our machine park allows us to adapt to the majority of industrial needs.

Our experience as well as the complementarity of our machine park (turning, machining centresinduction hardening, grindingflat lapping, etc.) allow us to offer complete services through a partnership capable of providing technical and economic solutions by offering adaptations, different sources of supply (forging, foundry, laser cutting, flame cutting, etc.)
